It involves mixing the broker&#039;s personal or business funds with trust funds and may include failure to timely deposit funds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conversion:<\/strong> Not allowed. The Act requires prior authorization and the option to opt out of receiving future messages.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Leyes_Antimonopolio_%E2%80%93Anti-Trust_Laws\"><\/span>Antitrust Laws \u2013<strong>Anti-Trust Laws<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Antitrust laws, such as <strong>Sherman Act and Clayton Act<\/strong>, prohibit anti-competitive business practices. This includes the prohibition of trade restrictions, monopolies, predatory pricing, exclusive agreements and collusion between companies to disadvantage competitors. Additionally, they prohibit price fixing by two or more brokers.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Collusion\"><\/span><strong>Collusion<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Collusion involves two or more companies conspiring to harm a competitor. This is contrary to antitrust laws and is prohibited.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fijacion_de_Precios\"><\/span>Price fixing<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Price fixing, in which two or more brokers agree to set prices for their services, is also prohibited by antitrust laws.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Asignacion_de_Mercado\"><\/span>Market Allocation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Market allocation occurs when companies collaborate to restrict competition in a specific market segment in exchange for a reciprocal agreement from a competitor.
