However, there are some<strong> key points<\/strong> What Wally should keep in mind:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Waiting period:<\/strong> Wally may submit his petition to the DRE for reinstatement of his license after a period of time has elapsed. <strong>minimum of one year<\/strong> from the date of revocation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Without Appeal:<\/strong> Once the DRE makes a decision, there is no recourse by appealing to a court.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Temporary License:<\/strong> The DRE will not issue a temporary license to a person whose license has been revoked.
