Those looking to profit from desperate displaced people are finding fertile ground for speculation. As part of the community, I strongly believe in the importance of empowering tenants to know their rights and to fully exercise them.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Impacto_Futuro\"><\/span>Future Impact<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The effects of the fires will be felt long-term in the Los Angeles real estate market. A shortage of contractors and construction workers, coupled with problems in the insurance sector, could increase costs for everyone. In addition, it is imperative that the approval process for new construction projects be restructured to effectively address the affordable housing crisis.
