It is a time when ethics and social responsibility should outweigh economic profit and it is frustrating to see how some choose to break the rules.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Consecuencias\"><\/span>Consequences<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The destruction of more than 9,000 homes, including houses, apartments and businesses, has further reduced the already limited supply of housing, complicating the search for shelter for those displaced. Experts stress that the aftermath of these fires will prolong housing market challenges, from higher insurance costs to fierce competition to hire the construction professionals needed to rebuild.
