    • Mission Hills: We won an auction for my client Stepan, along with Analía Bortoló, on Cedros Av. A house that was unfortunately in foreclosure because its owner was saddled with debts ever since she installed her solar panels. What a shame. The house had a tenant and a debt for the solar panels of around $70,000. We got the house for $693,000, a seller credit of $25,000 and that house had comparables of $900,000. A little gem.
